The decoration is later, likely by Thomas Randall, and closely follows the service made for Louis XV of France – see an example here A VINCENNES PORCELAIN 'BLEU CELESTE' PLATE (ASSIETTE A GAUDERON) FROM THE FIRST SERVICE MADE FOR LOUIS XV, CIRCA 1754, BLUE INTERLACED L'S ENCLOSING DATE LETTER A | Christie’s (christies.com)
An identically shaped piece is seen in The Royal Collection of King Charles III - Explore the Royal Collection Online (rct.uk)
Both have some cracks to the body, pictured. One of the liners is chipped and there is some general loss of gilding. Some possible restoration to the inner of the main body.
